Description
I arrived early at the pottery studio and while sitting in the car waiting I spotted this scene in my rear view mirror. Broken River Potters meet in a building at the Benalla Airport, a small airport in a country town used mainly for gliders. Luckily I had my camera in the car and got out and took this photograph.

Once again, stopped in my traveling tracks by a vision I can't resist. Love the tones in this minimalist, straight-on, photography. The tire tracks wonderfully defy all the rectangle and lines. Love it. L/F

I really like how so many of your images have some sort of path leading into the composition. That is a theme that I find myself revisiting over and over as well. Lots of lines and textures in this, Linda....lovely! like/f

I hadn't really noticed that until you mentioned it Anne! Paths and roads do lead your eye into an image. Thanks for your visit and lovely comment

Awesome and Beautiful Capture Linda!! l/f/t
Linda Lees replied:
Thanks Rosita! It's a little different from most things I post, but sometimes something just catches my eye.

I really like the bleak, desolate feel of this.
Linda Lees replied:
I'm glad that's the feeling you got from this Odd, that's the feeling it gave me too. I'm so over all this rain we've been having ☺

Marvellous to realise what is behind us as well as what is in front of us Linda! Great image!
Linda Lees replied:
Thanks so much Lynda! Sometimes it's worth looking behind you at sunset, people are often so in awe of the beauty that is the sunset that they don't see the colours that the setting sun has cast across the entire landscape.

Awesome Photo Linda ! Great idea too !
Linda Lees replied:
Thanks John, glad you like it! But I have to let you know I didn't photograph the actual mirror, there's way too much dirt on my car for that☺. I got out, and with a wide angle lens on my camera to emulate the view from the mirror, I took this shot.
