In addition to the banner, I am adding this more permanent recognition of its FEATURE on the homepage of A TREE OR TREES IN BLACK AND WHITE. I try mightily to feature only images that would be at home in a juried competition. No doubt about this image fitting that bill. Do consider entry in a juried exhibition. CONGRATULATIONS!
Linda Lees replied:
Thank you Calvin, so nice of you to feature my work.

I've been shooting more bw lately so I had to see this one. Wonderful light and shadow in the rocks and great textures in the trees. Looks like a place for me. L/F
Linda Lees replied:
For many years I almost exclusively shot b&w infrared film which I developed and printed in my own darkroom. I still have a soft spot for b&w. Thanks for your great comment Glenn
Reynold Jay
Looks grand to me with the rocky terrain against the trees, Linda ! Lovely and FAVORITE
Linda Lees replied:
Thanks very much for your kind comment Reynold. The rocks are actually in the river, it's a little hard to tell in b&w
