Description
The leaves on my Forest Pansy (Cercis canandensis) glow a bright red when the late afternoon sun shines through the trees.
Komorebi is the word the Japanese have for when sunlight filters through the trees, the interplay between the light and the leaves. It is a word for which which there is no single word within the English language that could be considered a direct translation.
