Description
Lemon gums (eucalyptus citriodora) are one of my favourite trees. After rain you can smell the wonderful lemony fragrance. This is a combination of three images, - the peeling bark of a lemon gum, the leaves, and the trunk that is revealed when the tree has shed its bark.

Great framing and tones Linda. I like going with the pastels. Completely changes the image - for the better I believe. L/F
Linda Lees replied:
Thanks for your kind comment Glenn. The pastel tones are the actual colour of the trunk of the tree. I desaturated the middle panel slightly to bring it more into line with the two outside panels. The colours to be found on this tree is one of the things I love about it.
