Autumn is the best time of year where I live. The heat of summer has gone, but winter is yet to arrive. The nights are cool, there's a dew in the morning, followed by warm, sunny days. In this image the morning light illuminates the grasses beneath a river red gum (eucalyptus camaldulensis).
