It's amazing how much detail can be seen when viewing google maps in satellite view. When viewing my property, the tracks where the sheep move from the shade of the trees to the water trough are visible. Another point that I noticed is that there can be sudden changes in colours. It's as though google started acquiring the images in Spring, took a break, and then continued in Summer. There's a distinct change from green to brown. This is my painted interpretation of what I found.

This surprised me. Had to see what you are seeing. Just read your words. Great thought and interpretation. Excellent choice with the colors and composition. If it was my house, it would be a sea of dark green in the summer and brown in the winter, with just a few details of the yard. L/F
Linda Lees replied:
Wow, we get green in winter when the grass grows and brown is summer when it all dies off. Thanks for your message Glenn, it's always lovely to hear from you.
